With the rapid development of economy, the consumption of energy and carbon emissions is increasing dramatically, and the greenhouse effect is increasingly serious, which has become an environmental problem to be solved urgently in the world. The construction industry consumes about 40% of the global energy consumption annually, and emits about 30% of the global greenhouse gas emissions. It is one of the three key areas of urban energy consumption, and low carbon emission reduction is imminent. In recent years, the national policy has vigorously promoted prefabricated buildings and the development of construction industrialization.Prefabricated houses have become the main trend of housing development in the future, and its application prospect is very broad. As a large and extensive type of building, the quantitative calculation of carbon emissions of reinforced concrete houses is of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction. However, the practice of prefabricated buildings is still in its infancy,so the research on energy saving and emission reduction of this type of houses is not enough, such as the lack of scientific measurement system for the measurement of carbon emissions of prefabricated houses.Based on the analysis of the current research status of carbon emissions, the development of prefabricated houses and BIM at home and abroad, this paper studies the carbon emission measurement of prefabricated reinforced concrete houses(prefabricated houses for short).According to the characteristics of prefabricated houses, the materialized stage are re-divided into building material production stage, building material transportation stage, component production stage, component transportation stage and on-site construction stage.By defining the time and space scope of the research object,a BIM-based carbon emission measurement system in the materialized stage of prefabricated houses based is established, including parameter database, basic database and inventory database based on BIM.These databases are based on field survey data and literature review, and establish the correlation between databases and the calculation method of carbon emissions at each stage in ACCESS software.Taking a fabricated house in Shenzhen as an example, this paper demonstrates the specific process of measuring carbon emissions in the materialized stage of fabricated house, and makes an empirical analysis of the project carbon emissions. The measured results show that the carbon emissions in the materialized stage mainly come from the building material production stage. At the same time, the carbon emissions of traditional cast-in-place process and prefabricated process are compared and analyzed. The results show that the prefabricated process has advantages in energy saving and emission reduction.Specific carbon reduction measures for prefabricated houses are put forward. Finally, the reliability of the model is verified by the bill of quantities method and supported by relevant literature.Based on BIM,this paper constructs a carbon emission measurement system of prefabricated houses in the materialized stage, which realizes a dynamic, quantitative and intelligent carbon emission accounting. It will not only provide a scientific basis for quantifying carbon emissions of prefabricated houses, but also provide a practical reference for future carbon emissions trading.
