Industrialized building mode has innovative significance in production mode,and its development prospects are very broad.At the same time,it has become an inevitable trend in the development of construction industry.Industrialized buildings have the characteristics of a short construction period and high quality,but whether they can save energy and reduce emissions has not been determined yet.The main reason is the lack of unified energy consumption and carbon emission measurement methods.Under this background,it is very important to study the calculation of energy consumption and carbon emissions of industrial buildings.This paper reviews the development of industrial buildings at home and abroad and the research status of carbon emissions,compares and analyses the differences between industrial buildings and traditional buildings through stage division and boundary determination.It focuses on the specific component production stage of industrial buildings,and takes the widely used calculation method of PC wallboard and floor energy consumption and carbon emission as research objectives.In view of the current research situation of industrial building,based on the carbon emission factor method,the energy consumption and carbon emission calculation model of PC wallboard and floor production in the production stage of industrial building components was established by analyzing the production process of components,searching for the types of energy sources that generate energy consumption and carbon emissions,and combining the characteristics of component production.According to the calculation model and the facts of the factory,two measurement methods,indirect measurement method and questionnaire survey method,are put forward.The indirect measurement method is divided into six steps:defining the measurement object,tracing the source of energy consumption carbon emissions,determining measurement parameters,making measurement plan,selecting measurement equipment and installation,data acquisition and recording.At the same time,corresponding forms are made for the questionnaire survey system.In order to verify the practicability of the established calculation model and measurement method of energy consumption and carbon emissions,the Longxin Component Factory has been tested many times.According to the measured results,the carbon emission factors of the wall and floor produced by the factory are calculated to be 5.83kgCO2/m3 and 2.86kgCO2/m3,respectively.When the concrete content of the components is known,we can derive that the conversion coefficient between rated power and actual power of the production equipment is 0.3-0.5,which can be used to survey the questionnaire when it is impossible to measure the actual power.The data are corrected to make it closer to the real value.Based on the analysis of energy consumption and carbon emissions in the transportation phase of the plant,it is found that the main influencing factors are concrete volume,transportation distance and vertical adjustment time of the components.Because of those factors,a reasonable method of energy saving and emission reduction is proposed.At the same time,the carbon emission of PC components in No.4 Building of Longxin Yuyuan District was estimated by using the carbon emission calculation model.This study provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the calculation standards and measurement methods of energy consumption and carbon emissions of industrial buildings in China.
