n recent years,in the wave of global scientific and technological innovation,the rise of artificial intelligence is transforming and subverting the whole world at an unprecedented speed.Although the current AI technology is still in its infancy,the applications and attempts of various industries have sprung up like mushrooms after a spring rain;industry drives capital,capital drives scientific research,and AI technology is progressing at a speed that we can see with the naked eye,and is rapidly applied in various industries,landing in products.To explore the design management of AI product design,we need to first clarify the characteristics and application of AI technology at this stage.Secondly,we need to refine the changes brought by AI technology for design,or design a model of AI technology enabling mode.Under the background of artificial intelligence,which is known as the "Fourth Industrial Revolution",industrial products guided by IOT technology are constantly pushing forward the old and bringing forth new ideas in the direction of intellectualization.From product definition to design performance and user experience,there is a new trend in the research direction of design science represented by industrial design."Artificial intelligence products" will gradually be separated from the role of simple "artifacts",breaking through the tripartite interaction of human,artifacts and environment,and enriching the thinking of interaction among the roles in design.At the same time,every change of design will certainly lead to the change of design management.The landing of AI products is the real starting point of the era of AI.Based on the classical three-tier design management model of Bolita,this paper puts forward a product design management model based on enterprise.From the strategic level,the organizational level and the executive level,the case of AI product design is analyzed from macro to micro,and the characteristics of design management of AI enterprises in China at this stage are analyzed.This paper hopes to explore thecurrent situation and development of management service design and design enabling AI path,so as to maximize the effectiveness of design management and make people live in harmony with AI.
