Lujiaba Village In Zhenba County Based On The Background Of Rural Revitalization Study On The Planning And Design Of Rural Complex

Rural revitalization is a major development strategy for the country to deal with the "three rural" issues in the new era.The pastoral complex is a key platform for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,this article chooses the Lujiaba Village project as the research object of the design practice.Based on the background of the rural revitalization strategy,the scientific connotation and related theories of the pastoral complex are first clearly explained,and the development model of the pastoral complex at home and abroad Carry out in-depth analysis and sum up the elements that can be used for reference in the development of rural complexes in China.Secondly,the author took advantage of taking advantage of the temporary position in Zhenba County to conduct on-site inspections and research and analysis of the project location.Based on the theory and design principles and guidance,combined with the specific conditions of Lujiaba Village,the author comprehensively developed the existing resources.Promote the sustainable development of ecology.Finally,it summarizes the design strategy of integrating the rural revitalization strategy into the Lujiaba Village pastoral complex project,constructing a feasible planning system,and completing the design practice of the project,in order to provide ideas and references for future pastoral complex planning and design.Through theory and research practice,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The pastoral complex is facing a historic opportunity with strong policy support.On this basis,this article takes rural revitalization as the starting point and foothold,sorts out the connotation of the pastoral complex,and optimizes the construction of the pastoral complex policy system.Provide a broader path for rural revitalization and construction.(2)Through in-depth analysis of the rural revitalization strategy and combined with the topographical conditions of Lujiaba Village,it is proposed that "optimize the industrial chain to promote industrial prosperity,activate the ecological chain to improve the rural living environment,strengthen the cultural chain,build a rural civilization,and deepen the organizational chain.Five specific planning and design strategies for promoting rural governance and solving the income chain to achieve a rich life.(3)Visiting the Lujiaba site and combining the questionnaire survey,it is analyzed that the three elements of "folk culture","rural natural scenery" and "perfect infrastructure" are important influencing factors for the planning and design of the rural complex of Lujiaba Village.The subsequent design practice provides direction and focus.(4)According to the current situation of the site and the principles of design,the Lujiaba Village pastoral complex project with "beautiful mountains and rivers,beautiful villages,life and beauty,humanities and beauty,and rich economy" was planned,and "one center,two belts and two districts" were constructed.Landscape structure,creating a leisure and health resort demonstration base of traditional Chinese medicinal materials with the characteristics of southern Shaanxi.
