Research On Responsibility Cost Management Of XYZ Construction Project

With the increasingly fierce competition in construction project bidding,the profit margin of construction projects is gradually compressed.Under the premise of ensuring quality and quantity on time,strengthening internal management to reduce controllable costs is an effective means for enterprises to improve profit margins.Construction projects usually require a clear division of labor.The responsibility cost method is used to refine the cost control to each employee in each department,and the realization of the responsibility of the three parties can help the construction company to better control the relevant costs.This paper takes the XYZ construction project as the entry point of the research,and deeply discusses how to do the responsibility management of the construction project.This paper first analyzes the background and research status of the topic,and then carries on the case analysis of the XYZ construction project,pointing out the outstanding problems in the cost control of the project and the reasons for these problems.Then,based on the responsibility perspective,the construction project cost management theory is analyzed,and the basic theory,operation process and specific methods of construction project responsibility cost management are explained.On this basis,the construction project responsibility cost management theory system is constructed as the analysis XYZ.The theoretical tool for responsibility management of construction projects.Finally,combined with the responsibility cost management theory and practical work experience that the author has mastered,the corresponding solutions are given for the problems existing in the XYZ construction project.The research results of this paper provide a theoretical reference for the shortcomings of current research project responsibility cost management research,and introduce a new research idea and method into the theoretical system of construction project responsibility cost management.At the same time,this paper also has certain practical significance.The countermeasures proposed by the problems existing in the XYZ construction project have high reference value for the responsibility cost management of other similar engineering projects in China.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it can provide some help for the internal management reform of the construction enterprise.
