high strength,good stability,large rigidity and low construction cost are advantages of Semi-rigid base course,but at the same time in engineering practice,crack problem has always been a difficult problem for road researchers and builders,so the treatment of semi-rigid base course asphalt pavement crack is an urgent problem to be solved in current practical projects.Based on the investigation of typical diseased sections of asphalt pavement,this paper summarizes the failure characteristics and types of cracks on asphalt pavement,and analyzes the formation mechanism of cracks.According to the damage characteristics of cracks and type,it is concluded that the crack treatment materials to meet the performance requirements,through the vinyl ester resin added 15%,25%,35%,45%,55% of the polyurethane,and add proper crosslinking agent and stabilizer for preparation of polymer blend crack repair material,to explore the different content of polyurethane copolymer mixture crack repair material viscosity,compression strength,tensile strength,elongation,tensile modulus,compressive strength and the tensile strength of the different aging time etc.The influence law of performance indicators,finally some crack repair material and technical indicators have excellent polyurethane content.Through the original specimen and repairing specimen cleavage at low temperature and low temperature bending,comparative study on the freeze-thaw splitting and Marshall immersion test,the polyurethane content is 35% and 45%,it is better to repair cracks in asphalt mixture,and performance of repair can reach more than 80% of the original asphalt mixture,considering the economy at the same time,suggest choose 35% dosage of polyurethane,repair effect is better.Finally,through the application of solid engineering,a set of efficient construction technology of total depth treatment is put forward.Through the core observation and test results,it is concluded that the detection indexes of base and surface meet the design requirements,and the repair material and treatment technology have good practical effects,which can be popularized and applied.
