GIS(geographic information system)can present the collected data with spatial information in a visual effect,and at the same time can integrate the geographic analysis function with the general database operation.Because of this feature,GIS has been increasingly widely used in various industries in recent years,including the power industry.At the current stage,the domestic power grid information construction is still relatively lagging behind.Currently,there are many types and versions of the power grid management and control system including GIS function used in various provinces and urban areas,most of which are developed and implemented based on the desktop,and their architectures are becoming more complex and less portable.In addition,with the expansion of the scale of power grid control system and the upgrading of various power infrastructure,more and more power grid devices need to be connected into the system,and the expansibility of the system has become an urgent need to improve.The design of this paper realizes the power grid management and control system based on the B/S(server/client)mode of WebGIS,which is light enough and portable.On the premise of realizing all business requirements,the system replaces the traditional desktop GIS development with WebGIS,which greatly reduces the relevant development costs of enterprises.At the same time,the system provides external access interface for iot devices.Power iot devices can be connected to this system through a unified interface to realize the automatic operation of WebGIS visualization and database entry.In view of the weak performance of WebGIS in rendering and display compared with desktop GIS,this paper realizes the optimization of GIS data loading on the Web side through the technologies of logical hierarchical display,point extraction algorithm and local window loading,and makes a comprehensive test and comparison of the optimization effect.In the back-end of the system,the external IoT device access interface is provided.When the relevant algorithm logic determines that it is the first time for a new device to request access to the system,the active push technology based on WebSocket will be implemented to realize the front-end notification of the device and the visualization on WebGIS,and the automated database entry operation will be completed.The development and realization of the object connection module in the system greatly improve the efficiency and expansibility of the system.
