At present,concrete pumping technology is widely used in our country.Concrete pumping technology has greatly improved the construction efficiency of concrete pouring.In recent years,with the construction height of buildings becoming higher and higher,the height of concrete pumping and the difficulty of concrete pumping construction have increased correspondingly.The blockage in concrete pumping construction occurs from time to time.Once the pipeline is blocked,the machine must be stopped immediately to remove and dredge the pipeline,and the construction quality and progress will be affected to varying degrees,even the pipe explosion accidents will be triggered in serious cases.Firstly,the influence factors of concrete pumping technology and blockage in pumping construction as well as the development and research status of risk assessment at home and abroad are introduced in the thesis.Secondly,based on the casual chain theory of accidents and the man-machine-medium-management theory,the main factors affecting the blockage in concrete pumping construction are analyzed.Then,the risk assessment index system of blockage in concrete pumping construction are determined.Thirdly,the subjective weight and objective weight of risk assessment index are determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method(EWM)respectively.Furthermore,the distance function is introduced and the comprehensive weight of each index is finally determined by data processing with MATLAB software.Forthly,combined with the set-pair connection degree and set-pair potential theory,the risk assessment model of blockage in concrete pumping construction is established by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,illustrated with the example of concrete pumping construction,the risk of blockage in concrete pumping construction is quantitatively analyzed by using the fuzzy evaluation model,and the corresponding risk management and control suggestions are given.This study provides a method for risk assessment of concrete pumping construction site,which is helpful to timely discovering and identifying the main factors affecting the abnormal pumping of concrete,so as to propose solutions to prevent the occurrence of blockage,and offers an important reference for risk management and control of blockage in concrete pumping construction.
