| The total amount of water resources is certain,which is affected by time and space factors,resulting in uneven distribution of water resources in time and space.As an important strategic resource,water resources should be fully utilized.Although there are many water resources in the Yihe River Basin,with the rapid development of the Yihe River Basin economy,the contradiction of water shortage will become increasingly prominent.The contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is growing.The capacity of water resources management in the Yihe River Basin of Shandong Province cannot meet the needs of water resources management.In order to improve the water resources management capacity of the Yihe River Basin,computer network technology can be used to improve the efficiency of water resources management.This paper takes the Yihe River Basin as the object,and establishes the GIS-based Yihe River Basin water resources dispatching system,analyzes and predicts the inflow of water in the Yihe River Basin,analyzes and predicts the water consumption,and finally dispatches the water resources.The main research contents and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper uses the model management system to generalize the Yihe River Basin,and generalizes the basin to reservoirs,rivers,nodes,water units,water intakes,catchment areas,water resources divisions,water resources calculation divisions,and administrative divisions.Basic elements and establish the topological relationship between these elements.And construct the incoming water forecast model,the water demand forecast model,the water quantity dispatching model and the scheme comparison model.(2)Design the functional modules of the Yihe River Basin water resources dispatching system,and divide the system into basic information module,scheme management module,incoming water forecasting module,water supply calculation module,supply and demand balance scheduling module and scheme comparison module,and according to The required data type design database structure,including: basic database,real-time monitoring database,spatial data and other libraries,business database,model parameter database.(3)This paper uses the inflow forecasting module,water demand forecasting module and water quantity dispatching module of the Yihe River Basin water resources dispatching system to predict the incoming water in the Yihe River Basin,and predicts the water demand and obtains the corresponding results.According to the water inflow of three different water frequency(50%,75%,95%),the water dispatching module is used to dispatch the reservoir,and finally the water guarantee rate of each water unit in the Yihe River Basin is obtained. |
