In order to alleviate the increasingly serious problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution,it is a general trend to vigorously develop efficient clean energy and develop electric vehicles.The driving motor in the electric vehicle is the core of the electric vehicle,which requires the driving motor to be frequently started,stopped,accelerated and decelerated,and requires a large operating range of the driving motor and requires a strong overload capability of the driving motor.The permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor combines the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the reluctance motor,and has the advantages of high power density,wide speed regulation range and strong overload capability.It can better characterize the load-driven motor and its drive motor.Applications are receiving more and more attention.In this paper,a permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor with a power of 115 kW and a speed of 3000r/min is designed,and the motor is analyzed through the following aspects.Firstly,the effects of different magnetic pole structure,air gap length,permanent magnet content and residual magnetism on the electromagnetic parameters and torque of the motor are studied.The electromagnetic parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor are determined by calculation,including electromagnetic load,stator and rotor size,and the like.Analyze calculations by finite element software to verify that the motor meets performance requirements.Secondly,study the demagnetizing magnetic field generated by the motor during the starting process and abnormal conditions,analyze and study the different load torque,the load moment of inertia multiple and the influence of the bar material on the permanent magnet during the starting process,and wait until these factors are related to the motor speed.And the effect of the average magnetic density of the permanent magnets.Analyze the influence of the motor on the permanent magnet under single-phase open circuit and three-phase short-circuit condition.Finally,the modal theory of the stator of the motor is studied,and the influence of different casing materials and different casing thickness on the fixed frequency of the stator of the motor is analyzed.Then theoretically analyze the air gap magnetic and radial electromagnetic forces of the motor under the action of sinusoidal current and frequency converter,and verify the correctness of the theory by finite element simulation.
