Design Of Portable Ultrasound Diagnostic Equipment Under Service Design Concept

With the increasing demand for clinical diagnosis and the advancement of electronic product miniaturization technology,portable ultrasound diagnostic equipment with smaller size,easy to move and cost-effective has emerged.At present,domestic research on portable ultrasound diagnostic equipment mostly focuses on technology,and rarely studies from the perspective of service experience,and does not consider the interaction quality and user experience of users in the process of using products.This paper analyzes the ultrasonic diagnostic system,introduces the idea and concept of service design into the design of portable ultrasonic diagnostic equipment,optimizes the experience of ultrasonic diagnostic service from the perspective of service design,and attempts to develop a more efficient and easy to use.Portable ultrasound diagnostic equipment that meets user needs and is suitable for different scenarios.This study is based on the basic process of service design.Through user interviews and questionnaire surveys,the target user groups are investigated to obtain user needs.The service design tools such as virtual role method and user journey map are used to sort out the user requirements and summarize the service orientation of the products.And establish a service system.Throughout the design process,the concept of human-centered design and user participation in design runs through it;the user's operational behavior is studied in depth,and the ergonomics is used to analyze the appearance of the product so that the product has Better interactivity,reduce the fatigue of doctors when using;invite users to test and evaluate the operation interface to ensure the usability of the operation interface.After completing the design of the hardware product and operation interface,the service design is designed for a specific user.Finally,through design reviews,the entire product enhances the user experience and verifies the applicability of the service design approach to medical product design.
