Due to the special structure and working mode of AC and DC excitation,the harmonic and vibration of magnetic-valve controllable saturated reactor are more obvious than other reactors.However,the research on magnetic-valve controllable saturated reactor is mainly concentrated on structural design and loss calculation in recent years,while ignoring the vibration research.This paper studies from the electromagnetic force and the magnetostrictive force which are the inherent reasons of vibration and noise.Then the vibration characteristics of the controllable saturated reactor with different magnetic-valve series are simulated and experimented.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Measurement of of silicon steel under different DC biasIt is generally believed that the silicon steel shows different magnetization and magnetostriction properties under different DC excitations.In order to study the vibration of magnetic-valve controllable saturated reactor in the practical working conditions,the magnetization and magnetostriction curves of silicon steel under the superposition excitation of AC and different DC bias are measured in this paper.The measured magnetization and magnetostriction properties are applied to vibration calculation as material properties.2.Electromageto-machanical coupled vibration model of magnetic-valve controllable saturated reactorThe electromageto-machanical coupled numerical model for magnetic-valve controllable saturated reactor is presented based on the measured constitutive relations and the basic theory of electromagnetic field and mechanical field.According to the practical conditions,the AC and DC excitation of magnetic-valve controllable saturated reactor is applied by the external circuit.Considering the electromagnetic force and magnetostriction force,the Electromagnetic field and mechanical field are calculated for magnetic-valve controllable saturated reactor.3.The analysis on vibration of single stage magnetic-valve controllable saturated reactorAccording to the electromagnetic-mechanical coupled model,the electromagnetic vibration of single stage magnetic-valve controllable saturated reactor are calculated.From the caculation,the magnetic flux density,stress and vibration displacement distribution can be obtained.Meanwhile,the influence of different thyristor conduction angles on the vibration is analysed.Apart from that,the electromagnetic vibration of the single stage magnetic-valve controllable saturated reactor is measured in the experiment,which verified the correctness of the simulation model4.The analysis on vibration of controllable saturated reactor with different magneticvalve seriesDue to the multi stages magnetic-valve structure can reduce the large number of harmonic which generated by the single stage magnetic-valve controllable saturated reactor.The harmonic,magnetic flux density,stress and vibration displacement distribution of the controllable saturated reactor with different magnetic-valve series are calculated in this paper.By comparing the calculation result,the influence of different magnetic-valve series on harmonic characteristics and vibration characteristics of magnetic-valve controlled saturated reactor is obtained.
