Magnetic latching relay was widely used in remote control,remote sensing,communication,automatic control,electromechanical integration and power electronic devices,etc.As an important part of magnetic latching relay,the static characteristics and structural design of the electromagnetic system affected the performance of the whole system.In this paper,a type of magnetic latching relay electromagnetic system was studied,and the simulation model of electromagnetic system was established.The model had carried on the simulation analysis under different parameters and was optimized and designed.The electromagnetic system was analyzed the anti-jamming.Firstly,the three coordinate measuring instrument was used to measure the electromagnetic system of the magnetic latching relay.The 1/2 entity model of electromagnetic system was built by the modeling module of ANSYS simulation software,and the solid model was improved.The unit parameters were selected,and the material parameters were set according to the actual conditions.The entity model is divided into grid,and the finite element model was established.After that,the far field unit and coil unit were established.The simulation model of the electromagnetic system of the magnetic latching relay was obtained,and the model was verified.Then,the model of armature assembly at different angles and different loading current,different length,different yoke yoke chamfer radius and different steel under the calculated static electromagnetic force was analyzed,and draw the curve of static characteristics of electromagnetic system.In order to meet the requirements,the orthogonal test method was used to optimize the electromagnetic system,and the optimization of the design goal was achieved.Finally,the anti interference model was established,and the effect on the electromagnetic system of electromagnetic shield and different external electromagnetic interference performance of the magnet system were analyzed.The research of this paper provided a design method for the improvement of the electromagnetic system and the development of the new product,which was of great significance to the development of the high performance magnetic latching relay.
