Under the background of high-speed information technology innovation,our country invests more and more resources in education.Many colleges and universities also increase the construction scale of colleges and universities.As an important part of the college teaching resources,university library has gradually become an important place for teachers and students to provide professional knowledge and documentation.As an important means to realize the modern management of libraries in colleges and universities,the libraryoriented identification system delivers various guidance service information,prompt information and space orientation information to the library users.It is the main basis aspect for the library users to confirm the space location and route selection.At the same time,it plays a very important role in improving the space of environment in the library and meeting the diversity needs of the library users.Ultimately,it can make the library resources more efficiency.Furthermore,the guidance and identification system can show the users which is the best route though the appropriate expressions.Beside this,it also plays an important role in the management of libraries.With the continuous expansion of the scale of the library,the internal space environment of the library is becoming more and more complicated.The completed,reasonable guidance and labeling system becomes an indispensable part of the library construction.How to design a set of guiding and labeling system that suits its own needs has become an urgent problem.Taking human factors engineering as theoretical foundation and starting point of meeting the users' needs of library,this paper combines the visual transmission theory of human eyes with the new library of H University as an example to analyze and design the library directional identification system.First of all,based on the completion of the domestic and international guidance and identification systems,human factors engineering and the status quo of library research,the paper locates the library's guidance and identification system,and clarifies the theoretical basis of the library's guidance and identity and spatial location optimization.The second is to analyze the library size,user groups and space characteristics of H University Library,and put forward the design ideas according to its own characteristics.The third is using of genetic algorithm to guide the choices of location of the marker space to make the optimization,and determining the design of the various elements.Such as color,text,height,etc.In the end,based on the analysis of the positioning of the new library in H University,this paper makes a concrete design of the information content,the expression form and the location of space in the guiding system of library space Environment.And then complete the design scheme of the new university library orientation system of H University to realize a better guidance to the library users' behavior.
