Ultrasound intermediate frequency therapy instrument is an important medical device for rehabilitation physiotherapy,which has a good effect on improving blood circulation,promoting metabolism and treating sprain of waist and leg.At present,many ultrasound therapy devices in China have the disadvantages of single output frequency,no no-load protection of the transducer,and unfriendly interface operation.Based on the comparison of the domestic and international ultrasound treatment products,based on the research mechanism of the ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus,the STM32-based dual-frequency ultrasonic intermediate frequency is proposed by using single-chip technology,DDS technology,serial screen technology and embedded real-time operating system technology.This system uses STM32F103VET6 single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip,and human-computer interaction uses Dwin DGUS serial port screen.The two-way ultrasonic signal is generated by the frequency synthesizing chip AD9850.The two-way ultrasonic signal is used to drive the class E power amplifier,and then applied to the ultrasonic transducer through the impedance matching circuit and the tuning matching circuit.In order to avoid the no-load of the ultrasonic transducer,the transducer no-load protection circuit is designed to prevent the ultrasonic output under no-load conditions.In order to achieve different ultrasonic intensity output,an ultrasonic power conditioning circuit with a switching power supply chip LM2576HV-ADJ as the core is adopted.The modulated IF signal is generated by the digital-to-analog converter DAC0832.The amplitude of the signal is controlled by the digital potentiometer X9C103 P.The power amplification of the signal is completed by the power amplifier LM1875 T.The output is matched by the output impedance of the transformer,and finally applied to the human body via the electrode patch.The power system uses a combination of switching power supply modules,isolated DC-DC,linear regulators,and inverting charge pumps.The system software is based on the embedded real-time operating system uC/OS-II,which is implemented in the integrated development environment Keil-MDK in C language.The human-computer interaction interface is developed by DGUS serial screen development tool DGUS Tool V5.04 to ensure the interface is beautiful and easy to operate.The dual-frequency ultrasonic intermediate frequency treatment system has been verified by hardware and software debugging,and the basic functions have been realized.It can produce modulated intermediate frequency current and dual-frequency ultrasonic with certain intensity.The system has the advantages of high safety and reliability,simple and beautiful interface,and provides an important reference for the research of dual-frequency ultrasonic intermediate frequency treatment system.
