Study On Evaluation Of Temporary Passenger Trains' Operation Scheme Of China Railway Chengdu Group Co.Ltd During Spring Festival

In recent years,with the development of railway construction in China,the capacity of railway transportation has been greatly improved.However,during the 40-day Spring Festival travel rush,the capacity is still hard to match the sharply increasing demand of passenger transportation.According to the latest data,the travel rush in 2016 witnessed a total of 303 million train trips and told the tense of railway capacity.Railway departments have to take various organization measures to fully protect the order of Spring Festival passenger transportation.The operation of extra passenger trains is the priority among priorities in all these organization measures.Therefore,rationalizing the organization and operation of the extra passenger train plays an important role in relieving the pressure of railway transportation andmeeting the social demand.The thesis takes extra passenger organization of Chengdu Railway Bureau as the research object.Firstly,we introduce the basic situation of Chengdu Railway Bureau,including the main stations and lines,the daily passenger transportation and the passenger transportation during Spring Festival in past years.At the same time,this thesis also highlight the basic organization measures of Chengdu Railway Bureau,which are taken in Spring Festival travel rush.In addition to running extra passenger train,there is also some other measures doing well in booking tickets,boarding and alighting,ect.All departments of the railway bureau try their best to ensuring safety and well-order.Secondly,the thesis systematically analyzes the specific principles and procedures for the preparation of the extra passenger train plan,and outlines the basic elements and the main factors affecting the operation plan.In addition,the paper discusses the difference and connection between the extra passenger train plan and the passenger train plan.And it provides several solutions to solve the further constraints,the number of passenger cars,in the extra passenger train plan.Then,based on the characteristics of extra passenger train plan,the evaluation index system and evaluation method of the extra passenger train operation plan can be determined.The paper takes clustering-principal component analysis as the evaluation method and the extra passenger train plan of Chengdu Railway Bureauin the last 25 days of 2016 Spring Festival travel rush as analytic target.According to the results of evaluations,the paper respectively put forward to the adjust directions and measures of train plan.
