Study On The Spring Festival Passenger Transport Organization Plan In Hengyang Station

Spring Festival transportation is a peculiar phenomenon in China’s railway. With the continuous development of our economy and unbalanced development of regional society, migrant workers, students, tourism and other passenger flow interweave together during Spring Festival, which forming the Spring Festival travel peak. A lot of new equipment is used to speed up the service efficiency and service quality in many passenger stations during the Spring Festival. But how to make full use of existing equipment, formulate reasonable travel plan and ensure to achieve the goals of Spring Festival are the old problems in the Chinese passenger station. Hengyang station is located in the interchange of Beijing-Guangzhou route, Hengyang-Liuzhou line, Xiang-Gui line and Hengyang-Cha-Ji line. Hengyang station is a special station with simple equipment and facilities, then how to formulate a reasonable travel plan and achieve the "safe travel, convenient travel, sweet travel" goal that railway put forward are the top issues the Hengyang standing faced to in the Spring Festival. In this paper, on the basis of predecessors’research theory and under the condition of Hengyang station, we formulate the reasonable travel passenger transport organization plan according to the 2015 travel data to predict, the main work done is as follows:1. Collect a large number of relevant materials, documents, summarize predecessors’ research results to solve the practical problems, put forward the research significance and the content of this paper.2. Introduce the situation of Hengyang station, mainly including the basic of Hengyang station, passenger lanes use system, the basic situation of the departing train operation regulation and passenger traffic command system.3. Analysis the composition and cause of Spring Festival transportation passenger flow in Hengyang station. Analyze the Spring Festival transportation passenger flow data of Hengyang station in recent years, including the overall analysis, the Spring Festival transportation passenger flow in different directions and peak passenger flow analysis. This paper introduces the basic method of the prediction, and uses the GM (1,1) prediction model to do the 2015 Spring Festival transportation passenger flow forecast.4. According to the 2015 forecast data, form a scientific and reasonable travel passenger transport organization plan using the principle of operational research and passenger transport organization, etc.5. Discuss the Spring Festival emergency plan to perfect the travel plan, which provide a reference for other large passenger travel plan formulation.6. Use the proposed transportation organization scheme to the Hengyang Spring Festival in 2015, then do the real test and evaluation and point out the existing problems and put forward some useful suggestions.
