With the gradual improvement of high-speed railway system,more and more passengers choose high-speed rail to travel.The number of high-speed railway network continues to increase,and the radiation range is wider.Guided by the concept of "traffic leads urban development",the functions of high-speed railway integrated passenger transport hub begin to show diversified situation.The single function of traffic distribution can neither meet people's needs nor integrate with urban functions.The development of hub has changed to a multi-functional hub with both traffic and urban functions.At present,the relevant research mainly focuses on the "transportation + commerce" planning model of large-scale hubs,and there is less research on small and medium-sized hubs.From the point of view of station-city integration,this paper will study the planning of integrated passenger transport hub for small and medium-sized high-speed railway,laying the foundation for ensuring the harmonious win-win of traffic and commerce and good operation of the transport hub.This paper expounds the concept of station-city integrated development and the related theories of high-speed railway integrated passenger transport hub.And to analyse the behavior characteristics of passengers,passenger flow characteristics and transfer volume prediction methods.On this basis,the functional space division of small and medium-sized high-speed rail integrated passenger hub is studied.In this paper,the hub function space is divided into traffic function space and commercial function space.Traffic function space is divided into station and transfer area,focusing on the scale calculation method of station facilities.Aiming at the commercial function space,the development orientation,volume prediction,configuration and so on are analyzed.This paper focuses on the functional space layout of the integrated passenger transport hub of small and medium-sized high-speed railway.And it analyses three layout modes,including planar,three-dimensional and hybrid.This paper discusses in detail the linking layout mode of traffic mode functional area,commercial functional area and the hub.The article points out that the layout of the functional areas of the integrated passenger transport hub of small and medium-sized high-speed railway should be combined with the actual situation of transportation,land use and economy in the hub area.The commercial development can not blindly copy the large-scale hub.Reasonable volume and type need to be determined by urban economic and commercial development and so on.Starting from the factors affecting the layout of functional areas,this paper establishes a bi-objective layout model with minimum average transfer time and minimum degree of traffic conflict.And it proposes a NSGA-II algorithm to solve the model.Finally,combined with specific examples,the paper has analyzed the volume of commercial development,the quantification of the scale of each traffic station and the layout of functional areas of the hub.So as to verify the research results of the paper.
