Study On The Application Of The Plans For Integrated Transport System For Small And Medium-sized Cities

With the rapid development of our national economy and city urbanization, the numberof land development and project construction scale is increasing rapidly. The speed of citybuilding has brought great pressure to the normal operation of the city traffic system. Cityintegrated traffic system needs to adapt to city development process. Based on this, itbecomes more important that systematic planning of city traffic system through the city’scomprehensive transportation system planning. There are still many problems to be solved inthe comprehensive transportation planning process, especially the comprehensivetransportation network construction, has not formed the comprehensive planning method.Two key links of the small and medium-sized city comprehensive transportation systemplanning -- city road network planning and the optimization of urban bus line network wasstudied in the thesis. First, the comprehensive transportation system planning theory wasstudied, the argument was proposed that two key problems of the small and medium-sizedcity comprehensive transportation system planning was city road network planning and t heoptimization of urban bus line network. Considering the city public transit network of roadnetwork planning in the city road network planning and design, the thesis established smalland medium-sized city road network grade model oriented by public transport, and gave thesolving process; Combining with the city road network function on public transit networkoptimization effect in transit networks with planning and design and drawing lessons from antcolony algorithm of the mathematical method, the thesis established the model of theoptimization of urban bus line network influenced by the function of road network structure,put forward the optimization method of the small and medium-sized city public traffic linenetwork. In order to validate the feasibility and practicality of the two models, finally thearticle had carried on the empirical analysis, the model was applied to the practice ofcomprehensive transportation planning project, numerical simulation, and obtained betterresult.The city integrated transportation network design exploration was explored in the thesis.At the same time, the article studied two key problems of city road network planning andoptimization of transit network on the comprehensive transportation network design,modeling and solving, controlled the core problem of comprehensive transportation systemplanning. The model was applied to the actual traffic planning project and obtainedsatisfactory results with numerical simulation.
