Research On Operation Management Of NTOCC Platform Of Sinotrans Hebei Company Based On Platform Perspective

At present,China has the largest logistics market in the world,with annual logistics and transportation costs up to US $1.6 trillion,of which highway logistics freight accounts for about 75%,up to US $1.2 trillion,nearly twice that of the US market.In terms of volume,China is a big logistics country,but in terms of quality,China is not a big logistics country.Highway logistics is faced with the problems of fragmentation of highway transportation system,higher deadhead rate than developed countries,redundancy and confusion in the middle of logistics transaction.In order to solve this series of problems,China,referring to the advanced experience of developed countries,officially introduced the " Non-Truck Operating Common Carrier" model in 2016 and carried out pilot work.As a new operation mode of logistics enterprises," Non-Truck Operating Common Carrier" has only developed for three years in China.The domestic research on it often focuses on the national policy level such as laws and regulations and the perspective of logistics enterprises such as the construction of logistics transportation channels.However,there is little research on the operation and design of a single NTOCC platform from the perspective of platform theory.Therefore,this paper takes the first batch of NTOCC platform of Sinotrans Hebei Company as the research object,combing the relevant theories of bilateral market,platform enterprise and business model.Through case analysis,this paper uses platform thinking to analyze Robinson Global Logistics Co.,Ltd.,the founder of NTOCC,summarizes its advanced operation and management mode,and then objectively describes various problems existing in the domestic logistics industry and the platform of foreign transportation companies.Based on the above analysis and summary,the research results of the design and operation management of the NTOCC platform of the foreign transportation company are scientifically obtained,which can provide valuable reference information for it and help it stand out in the fierce competition.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows: it summarizes the problems existing in the use scenario,platform function,profit model and assessment system of the NTOCC platform of sinotrans hebei company;it summarizes the design focus of the NTOCC platform of sinotrans hebei company for the four multilateral markets of customers,carriers,auxiliary service providers and information systems;it focuses on the NTOCC platform of sinotrans hebei company several key stages in the development and operation have completed the strategic design,and finally put forward the guarantee measures for the development and operation of the platform.
