With the upgrading of consumption and the booming development of the e-commerce and express industry,people have more demand for high-efficiency and high-quality logistics service.Under the background of the rapid development of China's high-speed rail,All sectors of our society have seen the great advantages of high-speed rail in passenger travel,and have higher expectations for high-speed rail in serving social production and material circulation.In order to reverse the decline of railway freight,China Railway Corporation began to cooperate with e-commerce and logistics enterprises frequently,so as to explore the highspeed rail express business,and build a high-end brand of railway freight.Since the Guangzhou Railway Group tested the high-speed rail express between Guangzhou and Changsha in 2012,This business has been opened in 505 cities across the country.Under the improvement of China's high-speed rail network,the successful development of High-speed rail freight train and the support from our national policies,the high-speed rail express will usher in a golden period of development.In order to give full play of high-speed rail's advantages in transportation and build a more perfect high-speed rail express service system,the network nodes of China's high-speed rail express network are planned and the location of high-speed rail express transport base is completed on the basis of literature research and market research in this paper.To solve the above two problems,the following research is carried out in this paper:Firstly,This paper analyzed the development of China's express delivery market in three aspects: demand,supply and spatial distribution.Then it analyzed the development history of high-speed rail express in China and major developed countries,and summarized the successful experience of developed countries in developing high-speed rail express business and the existing problems of China's high-speed rail express.finally give the development recommendations for China's high-speed rail express.Secondly,This paper expounds the basic theory of traditional express network planning,By comparing the differences between high-speed rail network planning and traditional express network planning,the basic theories of high-speed rail network planning are summarized,and the index system of high-speed rail network node planning are constructed.Thirdly,the basic principle and application flow of system clustering analysis and kmeans clustering algorithm are studied.Based on the high-speed rail network node planning index system,the system clustering analysis method is used to planning the first-and secondlevel high-speed rail express network nodes in China.and then introducing the spatial distance factor,using k-means clustering algorithm to optimize the planning scheme,and get the final high-speed rail express network node planning scheme.Fourthly,This paper introduced the meaning,basic functions and analysis principle of Arcgis;then the location selection process of high-speed rail express base based on Arcgis is proposed,and taking the location of Guangzhou high-speed rail express base as a case,introduced the application of Arcgis in the location selection of high-speed rail express base in three aspects: spatial database construction,spatial analysis and suitable site regional analysis.Finally,the location scheme of China's high-speed rail express base is given,and the layout map is drawn.
