| China’s high-speed railway development is rapid,since 2011,since the opening of the Beijing and Shanghai high-speed railway operations,the construction of large high-speed rail stations continue to be launched,with the use of these large high-speed rail stations,but also revealed some problems.Among them,some large high-iron stations do not think enough of the future,and over time,commercial facilities gradually can not meet the consumer needs of tourists.At the same time,the high iron station space is huge,function compound,stream movement is complex,business behavior is numerous.It is difficult to estimate the flow of people after operation by traditional means.Add commercial facilities later,the influence on the original space is greater,sometimes inevitable peak congestion,part of the business district climate cold,low efficiency and so on.At present,there are many papers on studying commercial space of high-iron station in China,but the accuracy of the conclusions is unknown.Combined with Any Logic simulation software,this paper simulates the commercial parts in the waiting space of many large high-speed railway stations,compares the present situation of operation,adjusts the layout of commercial facilities and puts forward the optimal solution.The optimization scheme of several cases is compared vertically,and the related strategy of the layout of commercial facilities of large high-iron stations is summarized.At the same time,software simulation can be used to verify the layout strategy,so that the accuracy and persuasiveness of the research results greatly increased.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background,the research scope,the research object,the research significance and the main research methods,and the research framework.Then,the paper discusses the status of railway passenger station and its commercial development at home and abroad,and analyzes the development mode of commercial space of other transportation tools and its reference.Then,with reference to the research results of commercial research on high speed railway station,this paper analyzes the commercial state and the distribution of commercial facilities of large high speed railway station,puts forward its own classification of commercial facilities,and analyzes the impact of the introduction of commercial facilities on all aspects of waiting space.This paper proposes the selection of Beijing South Station,Shanghai Hong Qiao Station,Guangzhou South Station as a case study and detailed reasons.Then the plan of the research is given,the results of the research are detailed and analyzed.Then,combining the simulation software and the data of field investigation,the simulation analysis of the case site is carried out and the simulation results are described.Finally,the simulation results of four cases are compared,the characteristics of commercial facilities layout are summarized,and the optimization analysis is made according to these characteristics. |
