| Recently,safety accidents occur frequently in the operation of power generation enterprises in China,which not only threaten people’s health and life,but also cause serious economic losses to enterprises.As the safety management of power plant operation is a high-risk industry,poor safety management can lead to many adverse consequences such as cost and environment Therefore,safety management is of great significance to the realization of the overall goal of enterprise operation.Scientific safety management methods and perfect safety management system can not only ensure the high efficiency and high quality of enterprises to achieve operational objectives,but also bring more economic benefits,and for the development of national economy and the stability of people’s lives is also of great significanceThis paper,taking safety management as the research object,first analyzes the current situation of safety production management in domestic power generation enterprises.Secondly,this article introduces the basic concepts related to the safety management of power generation enterprises,including the characteristics and functions of safety management,the methods and tasks of safety management,and the principle of PDCA cycle.In this paper,the fishbone diagram is used to analyze the risk of safety management in the operation of A power plant Finally,this paper constructs the safety management system of the A power plant based on the PDCA cycle,and some suggestions are put forward for the implementation of the safety management systemThrough the analysis of the safety management of the A power plant,the results show that:(1)The main problems in the operation of the A power plant are:weak personnel safety awareness,failing to achieve the "zero accident" safety production goal,and repetitive and habitual safety accidents still exist.The main causes of these problems are:weak employee safety awareness,inadequate attention to safety training and technical training,imperfection in the identification and evaluation of dangerous sources of environmental factors,conservative management ideology,weak in cultural construction,and imperfect management system.(2)The analysis found that the safety management risks of A power plants mainly include:human safety risks,equipment safety risks,and safety management risks.(3)Based on PDCA cycle,this article has optimized the safety management system of A power plants.It includes the formulation of safety management plan,the implementation of safety management system,the inspection of safety management effect and the handling of safety management problems,and the work tasks and methods at each stage in detail. |
