| With the market competition intensifies,the competition between enterprises has evolved into the competition for talents.As the core competitiveness,technical personnel play the very important role in the long-term development of enterprises.Reasonable labor turnover can promote the development,but the high turnover rate in the state-owned construction enterprises has become one of the puzzles to obstruct their transformation.Therefore,the problem of brain drain became the practical problems for the state-owned construction enterprises.Based on the characteristics of technical personnel,this thesis takes the technical personnel from the S construction company as the research object.Using the literature research,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,through the SPSS analysis software,this study analyzes the interaction between job embeddedness,organizational commitment and the turnover intention of S construction company technical personnel.Finally,this thesis makes some targeted suggestions to prevent the brain drain from different perspectives.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Job embeddedness and on-the-job embeddedness have significant negative impact on turnover intention of S construction company technical personnel;Off-the-job embeddedness doesn’t have.(2)Job embeddedness and organizational commitment of S construction company technical personnel have an obvious positive correlation;And all the five dimensions of organizational commitment have.(3)Organizational commitment and turnover intention of S construction company technical personnel have an obvious negative correlation;And the four dimensions of organizational commitment have.(4)Organizational commitment plays a part intermediary role between job embeddedness and turnover intention of S construction company technical personnel. |
