| Automobile industry in our country has got rapid development in the past years since China entered the WTO on Dec.11th,2001. Meanwhile it has led to the fast expansion of the automobile service market, while mainly includes sales, maintenance and spare parts. Vocational education is career oriented education. According to research, there are 21 secondary vocational schools in Chengdu, which have the course of automobile application and maintenance, with about 10000students in total. But only less than half of the students work in the automobile industry after graduation, most of the graduates quit during internship because they can't get adapted to the job. The stability of their career is low. They can't talk their professional role for very long and can't get a good sustainable development of their professional technology, while make them lose confidence in the career, lost faith in their profession dream and become puzzled with future. This can also cause the misunderstanding of the public on the value of professional technical talents in the market economy. People start to question the function of secondary vocational education. The reason is the lack of correct career conception. Based on the statistics, combined with the goal of secondary vocational schools and the research results of people in the same profession, this thesis mainly focuses on the analysis of the present situation, problems and cause of career conception of the students majored in automobile service in secondary vocational schools. Through macroscopical operational strategies and microcosmic detailed operation methods, it elaborates how to train the correct career conception of the students majored in auto service, clearly shows the direction of future employment and lays the foundation for employment and sustainable development.This study is divided into four parts: The first section is an statement of occupation views, which describes the origins of occupation, and the research and conception by both Chinese and foreign scholars.The second section is another statement of the particular occupation views of secondary motor vocational schools'students, which mainly discusses the present situation and characteristics about their occupation views, also including the significance of establishing oppucation views.The third section is a description of the existing problems and reasons of the students'oppucation views, such as: the lack of preparation but with high employment expectancy, critism of employee, narrow employment channel, serious conformism and dependence, and the separation of expectancy and reality. Meanwhile, this part offers the various reasons for all these problems as from the roles of society, households, education systems, and the students themselves.The fourth section states the countermeasures for the establishment of the occupation views of secondary motor vocational schools'students, main parts of which is regarding the key points and entry points of the establishment, the contents of occupation views, and the specific strategies by the school. |
