With the rapid development of city construction,city the original pits and depressions area is shrinking gradually occupation by construction and impervious underlying surface,destroyed the natural rainwater infiltration,stranded,evaporation of ecological cycle,groundwater resources cannot be replenished,exploding surface rainfall runoff,cause the rain gradually from a resource into a disaster,the resulting problems such as water resources scarcity?waterlogging,has become the restriction factor of urban development.How to restore the city ecological water cycle,rainwater utilization,has become an important problem,the current urgent need and sponge city proposed provides us with an effective way to solve these problems.As an important part of urban ecological system,urban park has the largest area of green space,which can be used as a natural drainage system to help alleviate the problem of urban waterlogging.Thus,based on domestic and foreign research,this paper aims to establish a set based on the Low Impact Development the concept of urban park design method,make the stormwater management and organic combination of landscape architecture,to strengthen the management of city parks in urban rain flood function,maximum water absorption,storage,reuse,make the rain gets maximum utilization,reducing municipal pipe network load at the same time.Firstly,through the investigation of Tianjin city park,it can be seen that the traditional landscape design concept and the drainage pattern make the city park play the role of the sponge body in the rainwater management to be imperfect.Combining with the regional characteristics of Tianjin and the actual situation of urban parks,this paper discusses the significance and feasibility of applying low impact development technology to urban park construction.Second,Low Impact Development model and its various types of facility structure,functions,applicability,economy,landscape effect are analyzed,and the park rainwater collection and utilization of typical generalizes the system process.Combining with the characteristics of climate and soil in Tianjin,from the building,road,square,park green space,saline-alkali land,drainage,revetment aspects of the design method of low impact development is proposed,and main points of constructing LID city parks of rainwater system and management measures.At the same time,it emphasizes that priority should be given to water infiltration,retention,purification and accumulation of rainwater at source,and pay attention to the design principles of good combination of land development and rainwater landscape utilization.Then it summarizes the specific design ideas,methods,processes and facilities maintenance management requirements,and puts forward relevant constructive Suggestions and strategies for the application of Low Impact Development technology in domestic landscape.Finally to Tianjin Haigang park rainwater management practice project as an example,introduces the concept of low impact development based method for the design of urban park,from the project control objective measure decomposition,low impact development facilities,plant configuration,park row salt engineering,rain control situation,comprehensive benefits and other aspects,we have achieved the goal of city parks sponge urban construction whole process are analyzed and summarized,can provide a reference for other park construction projects.
