Development Research The Development Of Rural Greening And Beautification In Tongchuan City

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has made major arrangements for the construction of ecological civilization and put forward the concept of harmony between man and nature.This is the general grasp and general follow-up of the development of a new socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics in the new era.An important series of discussions to accelerate the ecological civilization system and the beautiful new China construction,which reflects the rural development strategy plan of the Party Central Committee in the new era,and reflects the ecological civilization concept of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s " lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",which is new for China.The times continue to do a good job in the construction of ecological civilization,and the construction of beautiful rural areas guides the direction and path.This paper is based on the development background,purpose,current situation and development direction of rural greening and beautification;collects the research status and practical experience of rural greening development at home and abroad,comprehensively expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis;and builds the rural greening and beautification in Tongchuan City For the main body of the study,according to the development status of Tongchuan City,the main implementation steps,development plans and typical cases of rural greening development in Tongchuan City were analyzed.Then according to the problems existing in the rural greening and beautification construction of Tongchuan City,analyze and find out the reasons,and put forward development suggestions and countermeasures: First,we must strengthen the protection of rural natural ecosystems,second,we must accelerate the construction of rural greening and beautification,and third,we must improve the quality of rural forestry development.Improve the safeguard measures: First,the pre-planning,good guidance,second,refine the regional and diversified greening model,third,management is in place,and the measures are implemented in three aspects;finally,the strategy of rural landscape reconstruction in Tongchuan City is summarized and the following methods are proposed:1.Landscape reconstruction of farmland forest land.Combine the characteristic industries of Tongchuan and the planting of native tree species to create a composite farmland landscape,increase the planting under the forest,and plant the intercropping of fruit and trees.The use of colored trees in the color of the landscape extends the sequence of the farmland landscape.2.Rural residential landscape renovation.Aiming at the renovation of human settlements such as rural building space,public green space and courtyard greening,and rural landscape essay facilities,the proposed landscape renovation strategy measures are proposed.Starting from the local nature,the existing buildings and green landscape elements are analyzed,and the local landscape elements are extracted and applied to the greening and transformation of human settlements.3.Mining human landscapes.Excavate the historical and human elements of Tongchuan,extract cultural and material landscape elements from the excavation of rural humanities landscapes,and combine traditional Taoist culture,Buddhist culture,peasant painting and paper-cutting techniques,Guanzhong song and dance and other cultural elements with modern gardens..
