The Research Of Post Occupancy Evaluationin In Yan'an Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site

Shaanxi Province has a rich cultural heritage.It is one of the provinces with a large number of revolutionary sites.It is an important inheritance of red culture.Among them,Yan'an is Chinese first historical and cultural city with a strong historical and cultural atmosphere.The red tourism resources are abundant and the number of red tourist attractions is considerable.The red culture is the symbol and label of Yan'an and has always been called the revolutionary holy land.In recent years,Yan'an,as one of the representative sites of the Northern Shaanxi Revolutionary Site,has attracted more and more tourists,and its role in inheriting and carrying forward the red culture has become more apparent.With the continuous understanding and research of the Red Revolutionary Site by the public and scholars,the value,the culture and the red spirit of the revolutionary site itself have been gradually excavated and extended.The revolutionary site protection plan has a public historical and cultural experience after use.The influence for daily life is getting bigger and bigger.How to scientifically and effectively maximize the effect of red tourism resources has become one of the important topics for scholars to study.The Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site belongs to the national key cultural relics protection unit.It has witnessed the victory of Chinese war of resistance.It has irreplaceable historical significance and plays an important role in the red cultural resources of Yan'an.It explores the conditions for the formation of Zaoyuan site and summarizes the ruins of Zaoyuan.Four conditions for formation: geographical environmental conditions,urban spatial layout,historical development,and cultural resource conditions.In the research process,the historical and cultural atmosphere,traffic conditions,service facilities,plants,cultural activities,site protection and management of the site were divided into 18 evaluation factors,and the evaluation factors of the Zaoyuan site were established.The characteristics obtained the evaluation results of the user's satisfaction with the evaluation factors of the site,and verified the difference between the user's characteristics and the satisfaction of the site evaluation factors.The statistics and the data were collected to obtain the status of the site,which is objective.Sexuality and reliability are strong.Firstly,it can be seen that the urbanization of the site is intensified,and the protection space of the site is limited.The traffic condition of the city affects the accessibility of the site.The site is out of contact with the current situation of the site,and the form of the tour is single.Based on the evaluation results,starting from the current situation of the site and the needs of users,the article proposes optimization planning for the site from the perspective of ensuring the historical and cultural characteristics of the site,improving the accessibility of the site,maintaining the comprehensive management level of the site and ecological sustainability.Through the follow-up investigation of the site,updating the site to improve the status,further prove its feasibility and operability.This study aims to objectively understand the existing problems of the Zaoyuan site,verify the applicability of the evaluation method in the scenic spots of the revolutionary sites,and objectively describe the current status of the jujube garden through data,and provide reference for the later planning.As a public landscape,Zaoyuan has a good condition for becoming a label of urban culture.Through the evaluation conclusions,the influencing factors and strategies of building a cultural brand in the city can be summarized.Combine the revolutionary sites with the post-use evaluation,study the red revolutionary landscape from a new angle,provide theoretical basis for the protection and activation of other similar sites,and provide scientific reference and reference for its research,ensure the scientific nature of the site planning and design,and maintain the site.Level of protection and overall benefits.
