Post-Occupancy Evaluation And Landscape Protection Planning Research On Yangjialing Revolutionary Sites In Yan'an

Under the background of the country's development of red tourism and cultural resources,the Yan'an Revolutionary Site is not only a cultural relics protection unit of Chinese cultural heritage,but also a place for Chinese culture to confidently cultivate and practice.Yan'an is China's red revolutionary holy land.With its unique historical and cultural value,it has become one of the first "historical and cultural cities".The red revolutionary history and culture of Yan'an City is the soul of this city.However,with the rapid development of China's urbanization,the protection of the revolutionary sites has been strongly impacted,and various problems of the site have emerged in an endless stream.Therefore,it is inevitable and meaningful to carry out corresponding protection research on these sites.This study takes the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site in Yan'an as the research scope,and through the research on the establishment of the value assessment system and the post-occupancy evaluation,the protection planning suggestions are formed according to the data obtained from the treatment.The Yangjialing Revolutionary Site has many types of values.This study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method combined with the expert scoring method(Delphi)to evaluate its various values,and uses MCE software to determine various value weights and build an assessment system.According to the value assessment results,a targeted post-use evaluation study(POE)is carried out.The evaluation process uses semantic analysis(SD)to focus on the user's needs and environmental feelings.The SPSS software is used to process the data,and the feedback data is used to obtain the site's problems and dilemmas in protection and development.Analyze the value assessment results and the post-occupancy evaluation results,and draw the strategies and suggestions that the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site should follow in the protection planning,and provide sustainable development ideas for its landscape improvement.The full text is divided into four parts: the first chapter determines the research content,constructs the research framework;the second chapter combs the relevant theories involved in the research;the third chapter summarizes the research object characteristics,combs the relevant content of the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site;the forth chapter carry out the assessment of the value of the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site,including the establishmentof the value assessment system,the determination of the value weight and the analysis of the weight results;the fifth chapter is the post-occupancy evaluation study of the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site,using SPSS software to conduct research data analysis and obtain various evaluations.The mean and significant difference results of the project,and the analysis and summary of the data;the sixth chapter is based on the value assessment and post-occupancy evaluation results,putting forward the recommendations and strategies for the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site Protection Plan.The research scope of this study is only the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site in Yan'an,but the conclusions obtained have a guiding role for the similar revolutionary sites in Yan'an City.Therefore,the post-occupancy evaluation and landscape protection planning of the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site will be done for the Yan'an City's overall revolutionary site.Protection planning has great significance.
