Study On The Thermal Influence Of Curtains Adjustment On Heating Rooms In Western Sichuan | | Posted on:2020-03-14 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:G S Cao | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2392330599952654 | Subject:Heating, Gas Supply, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The western Sichuan region is a cold area according to China’s building thermal engineering design division.The window is a device of heat gain and loss in this area where the solar radiation is high during the day and the temperature is low at night.At night,the heat exchange between the indoor and the outdoor through the window was strong.In addition,the area close to the window was exposed to significant cold radiation.The current consumption calculation of window mainly considering the indoor and outdoor temperature difference and ignores the cold radiation,which affecting the accuracy of the window heat exchange analysis.Therefore,it is essential to study the heat transfer process of the window and analyze the mechanism of heating gain and heat loss in this area.Firstly,this research calculated the solar radiation gain through window,the heat loss through window between indoor and outdoor temperature and the heat loss of window due to cold radiation in Kangding from the perspective of theoretical analysis.The theoretical calculations showed that the window heat loss due to cold radiation accounts for 64% of the total window heat loss.Therefore,the cold radiation should be considered in the heat transfer analysis of the window.In addition,the window heat loss due to cold radiation can be reduced by adding curtains.Secondly,the thermal resistance calculation model of the window built-in curtains was established based on the heat transfer mechanism and process.The theoretical improvement of the heat loss was calculated and analyzed based on the calculation model.The analysis data showed that the thermal resistance of the single-layer glass PVC plastic steel window can be improved by 1.06 due to adding curtains.Compared with the no curtain condition,the radiation heat transfer between the surface of window and indoor envelope could be reduced by 43% to 68% due to different material curtains.The long-wave radiation on the outer surface of the window per unit area could be reduced by 4.3% to 67% due to different material curtains.Therefore,curtain adjustment can be regarded as an important reference for energy-saving design of windows in this region.Thirdly,Field measurements were conducted in an actual homestay building and government building in Kangding in order to in order to obtain the actual improvement of heat loss of the window by curtain adjustment.The results of indoor thermal environment effect by building orientations,curtain adjustment methods and curtain materials were obtained.The measured data shows that different curtain material can raise the indoor temperature by 1 to 3°C compared with no curtain condition.In addition,the curtain adjustment has a significant effect on the improvement of indoor temperature fluctuations.Finally,the energy saving significance of different curtain adjustment was obtained through DeST energy simulation software.The calculation model was built according to the parameters of an actual homestay building and government building.Adjusted the parameters related to the window in the DeST software to analyze the energy-saving effect of different curtain materials on the building.The calculation results showed that the building energy consumption in the heating season could be reduced by 10.53% due to adding different curtains for homestay building.In addition,the building energy consumption in the heating season ccould be reduced by 21.52% due to adding different curtains for homestay building.It could be concluded that the curtain adjustment has a greater impact on the buildings with larger outer window area through the comparison of two different building calculation results.Therefore,the curtain adjustment is an suitable energy-saving technical for windows in western Sichuan,which the cost is low and widely used.The curtain material and adjustment method should be selected reasonably according to the actual situation,which could bring different energy saving rate during the operation of building. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Energy saving of window, Curtain adjustment, Curtain with metal filming layer, Cold radiation of window, Solar radiation | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
