Research On Modeling Design Of Urban Express Vehicle Based On Kansei Engineering

With the popularity of e-commerce,the logistics industry is gradually growing.The hard work of many couriers has promoted the rapid growth of China's economy,and large-scale electronic transactions have created a large number of demand for express delivery.Logistics enterprises are equipped with many electric tricycles for grass-roots units in the first time.However,the stability of this type of vehicle is relatively poor,which poses a great security threat to the distribution personnel.Therefore,there is an urgent need to design a practical and beautiful city express car.This paper focuses on the design of urban express vehicle.First,the theory and application of Kansei Engineering are studied.It is recognized that Kansei Engineering is the key technology of translation design.Kansei Engineering system is a huge database,which can transform subjective perception and data rationality into each other.This paper analyses the process of applying Kansei engineering design method to automobile design,and concludes that Kansei engineering method has many advantages over traditional automobile method.Then three principles of automobile shape feature extraction are obtained through the study of automobile shape features,and the relationship between automobile shape features and perceptual images is analyzed.The perceptual images of different types of vehicles are summarized,and the existing urban express vehicles are classified and summarized.Then,through the research method of Kansei Engineering,this paper carries on the Kansei Engineering experiment,establishes the mathematical model of the Kansei Image of the City Express Vehicle through the construction of functional relationship,and obtains the design process of the research of the City Express Vehicle Modeling based on Kansei Engineering theory.Finally,through the obtained mathematical model to guide the design practice of urban express vehicle.In the process of applying the research method of Kansei Engineering,firstly,the relationship between the shape characteristics and the sensory image of the city express car is analyzed,and the design elements of the express car are extracted.By conducting Kansei Engineering experiments and using SPSS analysis software to analyze the statistical data obtained from the experiments,a mathematical model for calculating the shape characteristics and perceptual images of urban express cars was established.Through summing up the research process and methods of urban express vehicle shape design,thispaper finally guides the design case of urban express vehicle,and provides new ideas for future automobile research and development.
