The safety and stability of substation have been improved a lot,and the efficient utilization of equipment has been realized.As an important carrier of smart power grid,intelligent substation design has become an important topic for experts and scholars at home and abroad.In this paper,the development level and electricity demand of regional power grid are analyzed based on the development situation of puhe region in northeast China.According to the characteristics and network planning of puhe new area power grid,the new 220 kV near safety substation in this area is studied and designed.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the development status of intelligent substation at home and abroad is investigated and analyzed.According to the economic development demand of puhe area,the paper analyzes the specific needs of power grid and the regional load growth,and demonstrates the necessity of building intelligent substation in puhe area.This paper analyzes the design basis of substation,combined with the grid structure and electrical parameters,puts forward the access scheme of new substation.This paper mainly compares and demonstrates the geological conditions and environmental factors,determines the site selection conditions,and makes planning and design for the site and power transmission line project.Guided by practicality,master the principles of economic and technical planning for transmission lines,and optimize the erection mode of lines,electrical parameters and performance of wires.Secondly,the electrical part of 220 kV substation is mainly studied.According to the standard of the new intelligent station,the main transformer,reactive power compensation device and other electrical equipment and parameters are selected according to the regional characteristics.Through load forecasting,reactive power compensation,voltage regulation and other electrical calculations,the conditions for the selection of electrical equipment are obtained,so that the primary equipment can be optimized,which has the characteristics of both reliability and intelligent station.According to the electrical connection design of intelligent station,the connectivity between space and equipment is analyzed in detail,and the electrical layout of equipment in the station is optimized.In addition,the relay protection system,automation system and other secondary equipment of the substation are planned,so that the communication system,intelligent auxiliary system and other highlyintegrated,functional configuration to meet the requirements of both the principle of avoiding resource waste.The whole station can meet the requirements of unattended and remote control,so that the facilities and equipment in the station can be comprehensively controlled from afar.So that the overall substation design scheme,not only in line with the requirements of intelligent station,but also has the characteristics of regional construction.Finally,PSASP7 simulation software is used to build a model of power grid mode,and power flow analysis and stability verification are carried out for the system.Verify whether the system access mode and electrical equipment parameters meet the operating conditions,and the test shows that the substation design index meets the requirements.
