Landscape Planning And Design Of The Core Area Of Long An Tai Pastoral Complex In Baoding City

Rural and agriculture are two important supports for the modernization of the country and a key factor affecting the social and economic development of our country.However,the development of rural and agriculture in our country has been lagging behind for a long time.The Central Document No.1 of 2017 first proposed to solve the rural development dilemma by building a“Pastoral Complex”.The basic connotation is to make the rural area a comprehensive integration of agricultural production,community residence and leisure tourism through a comprehensive development mode of cross-industry and multi-function,so that farmers can fully participate in and benefit from it.The pastoral complex represents the advanced mode of rural development,aiming at promoting local economic development through tourism activities.In the context,firstly,the development process of pastoral complex,related theories and classical cases at home and abroad are thoroughly analyzed,and its successful experience and general theory of landscape planning and design are summarized.Secondly,the site of the project is surveyed on the spot and the local environmental conditions are analyzed.Based on the previous research results,the following landscape planning and design strategies are put forward:integrating multi-national elements,reflecting rural landscape and highlighting the rural life.Finally,the above strategies are applied to the landscape planning and design of the core area of Long An Tai Pastoral Complex.Long An Tai Pastoral Complex is located near Baigou City and in the hinterland of Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding,adjacent to Xiongan New District.The core area covers 664.2 hm~2.The site has fertile soil,good climate and convenient transportation.Its landscape planning and design is based on the theme of“gathering pastoral landscape features,taking foreign agricultural expertise,building regional tourism products”and the concept is“agricultural industry as the basis,ecological landscape as the link,multi-national landscape as the characteristics,first-class service facilities”.Based on the convenient transportation conditions and location advantages,we putting forward the landscape structure of“one band,three points and eight districts”.“One band”refers to the road landscape corridor and tourism distribution belt formed by Jingbai Road;“three points”refers to the development center formed by three major industries:leisure tourism,community residence and agricultural production;“eight areas”refers to eight functional zones of the project:agricultural theme park landscape area,vanilla grape manor landscape area,vegetable production displaying landscape area,modern agricultural displaying landscape area,fruit garden leisure landscape area,pastoral residential landscape area,ecological well-being landscape area and park recreation area.On this basis,we plan and design rural towns,pastures,vanilla hotels and other projects,plant colorful vegetables,flowers,pears,apples and other fruit trees,use landscape design techniques and advanced horticultural techniques to combine landscape with agricultural production,and build the project into a distinctive,first-class production,ecologically livable pastoral complex for similar projects in the future.Landscape planning and design provide reference.
