At present,China’s economic development has entered a new normal state.The internal and external environment of rural industrial development has undergone great changes.The rapid advancement of urbanization has attracted a large number of peasants to work in cities.The rural areas have become empty and shrinking,leaving children and cultivated land.A series of problems arise for example deserted and empty nesters appear,and even some villages are about to disappear.Promoting the development of urban and rural integration and realizing rural revitalization are urgent problems China is facing.At the same time,the country attaches importance to rural development,and the rural complex that can meet the development needs of modern agriculture and rural tourism comes into being.Through the method of literature review,this paper summarizes the related content of the domestic and rural pastoral complex,and expounds the concept of the rural complex from the perspectives of regional space,industrial content and participants,and relates to rural landscape,leisure agriculture and agricultural complex.The concept is analyzed;while the concept of the pastoral complex has not been proposed abroad,mainly to review the development history of foreign rural tourism in this field and the development status of each country,and to develop the history,status quo,elements and characteristics of the domestic rural complex.We have made a discussion----the development of leisure agriculture in Taiwan is the earliest.After several stages of family farms,leisure agricultural industrial parks,beautiful villages and characteristic towns,the concept of idyllic complex are gradually developed,and the analysis shows that the idyllic complex has good space.It has three characteristics: environmental foundation,leisure and culture,and multi-industry integration development;it has five components: landscape attraction nuclear,leisure space,agricultural production,living and community support.The paper selects Zhujialin Rural Complex in Linyi County,Beijing COFCO Agricultural Ecology Valley,and Wuxi Pastoral Oriental in Jiangsu Province to conduct field research on three domestically constructed successful rural complex projects.The three representative cases of the production farm---Taiwan Taomi Community,Japanese King Wasabi Farm,and Japanese mokumoku VI,are analyzed.Through the research on the design concept,overall layout,landscape features,advantages and disadvantages of the case,together with the review and research,the theory and method of the landscape design of the pastoral complex are summarized.The final guide completes the landscape planning and design of the Shouguang Mihe Pastoral Complex.Under the guidance of the theory and method of landscape design and design of the pastoral complex,the planning,design concepts and principles of the Shouguang Mihe Pastoral Complex are proposed.Combined with the basic conditions,the design scheme is formed from the aspects of function,plant and transportation,and the layout structure of a five-zone multi-point.The area is the riverside landscape belt,and the five districts are the agricultural living industrial zone,the living and residential zone,the cultural landscape zone,the leisure gathering zone,and the comprehensive service zone.The main entrance plaza,the modern agricultural display zone,the intelligent ecological greenhouse,the agricultural museum,and the 24 solar terms square,the farming experience area and the Nansunyun main street,etc.are have detailed joint designs,and the special design of the water system,traffic organization,pavement,plant planting,buildings and sketches,and sewage treatment have special designs.Finally,the comprehensive landscape planning and design of the Shouguang Mihe Garden are summarized.
