The Overall Planning Of Xiangshan Village And Pastoral Areas Of Xinmi City,Henan Province

China's reform and opening up has been carried out for more than 40 years.The process of “urbanization” is accelerating and the development of the countryside is strongly impacted.Therefore,the rural rejuvenation is imminent.In 2017,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee first proposed the concept of an idyllic complex.The document interprets the pastoral complex model as the highlight of the current new development of rural development.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.In September 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Strategic Planning for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)".The construction of the rural complex will become a powerful force for the "village revitalization strategy" support.The comprehensive planning and design of Xiangshan Village in Xinmi City will be based on the“Village Revitalization Strategy”.Through the interpretation of relevant policies,combined with the local agro-forestry resources and human resources,according to the characteristics of the rural complex planning,the new local soil As the guiding ideology of planning and design,theories such as doctrine,new pastoralism and sustainable development use the relevant theories of landscape ecology and landscape planning to formulate the basic route suitable for the development of Xiangshan Village,and draw the goals,principles and planning concepts of the plan.At the same time,eco-tourism is a powerful driving force to promote the mutual penetration and integration of agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry,and explore a new model for the interactive development of space and function.The entire administrative area of Xiangshan Village(with a total area of 6326.25 mu)was used as a practical research project for this project.Through on-site unmanned aerial photography and field surveys and visits to the volume to actually understand the site information;read through the literature and summarize the excellent cases at home and abroad;combined with software mapping and other methods for landscape planning and design of Xiangshan Village garden complex,its planning and design The process is as follows:Firstly,it investigates and analyzes the current resources and land use status of Xiangshan Village in Xinmi City,and clarifies the positioning of its planning and design and the theme of “Ecological Xiangshan,fall in love with Forest”,and the spatial structure of the Xiangshan Village idyllic complex in Xinmi City is “ One belt,three cores,five plates." The “One Belt” is the ecological forest sightseeing belt of Xiangshan Village;the “three cores” are the three ecological cores,namely “forest area + pasture + farm”;the “five plates” are grassland pasture plate,farmland cultural plate,ecological forestry plate,Leisure travel section,sunshine real estate section.Then further improve the planning and design from the aspects of function and traffic organization,and then plan and design seven different thematic features based on the definition of the overall industrial space pattern.Finally,the corresponding planning of the entire rural community's tour routes,tour service facilities,mountain forest fruitization,and mountain forest slow-moving system will be made.The Xiangshan Village garden complex will be built into a rural complex demonstration area with beautiful environment,ecological livability and rich tourism resources,which will provide reference and reference for the planning and construction of the pastoral complex.
