The long-term urban-rural dual system has been made the gap between urban and rural development in China obvious,especially the gap of basic public service facilities between urban and rural.Under the background of urban-rural coordination and new-type urbanization,it is reasonable to study the basic public service facilities optimization configuration method suitable for county-regional urban-rural coordination,which is beneficial to solve the problem of service shortage area and inefficiency in the current public service facility configuration.Urban and rural public service facilities configuration.Based on the type,distribution characteristics,existing problems of basic public service facilities,and the objective evaluation of the implementation effects of various guidance opinions and policies,this thesis compares the overall public service facility allocation level of each township by factor analysis method,and analyzes the accessibility.And usability to check the coverage of facilities and services of public services at all levels and the capacity of facilities.Taking the time cost of different destinations as the starting point for the grading of facilities,considering the needs of residents,the specific terrain,traffic,disaster,population,economy and other factors and the mutual substitution and facilities service modes between different facilities are considered from the county regional.The choice of the residents’ facilities to use the living circle to obtain the corresponding sharing circle of service centers with different levels,to form a comprehensive coverage,collaborative sharing,hierarchical access to the urban and rural public service facilities network system,thereby improving the public service facilities’ level of configuration.This thesis selects Yanjin as a sample,and takes “grading supply and collaborative sharing” as the entry point to meet the needs of residents as the ultimate goal.From the county-regional,it discusses a bottom-up,appropriate breakthrough of administrative boundaries.Based on the optimal allocation mode of county-regional public service facilities based on the rules of daily life behavior of rural residents,the content and scope of the supply of basic public service facilities shall be considered in a comprehensive manner,and the leakage of vacancies will be facilitated,which will help to improve local resources and improve the input of public resources.Scientific and intensive,provide some reference for the public service facility allocation method of the county-regional unit represented by Yanjin.
