Research On Operation And Maintenance Management Platform Based On Parametric Model

The development of facility operation and maintenance management in China has filled the gap in China's construction facilities management.The construction industry is shifting from “heavy construction and light management” to “construction and management”.Effective facility operation and maintenance management can reduce the failure of facilities,reduce the operation and maintenance costs of the owners,and improve the user experience.However,traditional operation and maintenance management is insufficient in the difficulty of data collection,the accuracy of existing data,and the timeliness of data update.The research focus of this paper is to build a reasonable facility operation and maintenance management platform to solve the above problems.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the research on a large number of parametric models and related documents of the operation and maintenance management platform,the research ideas and framework are constructed.(2)Identify the objectives of the operation and maintenance management of the facility,analyze the role of the operation and maintenance management platform and the composition of the traditional operation and maintenance management platform,and find the problems existing in the traditional operation and maintenance management.(3)Defining the definition of parametric model and parametric design,analyzing the advantages of BIM-based parametric model,and describing the method of creating parametric “family” and parametric model in detail.This paper proposes a method to solve the problems existing in the traditional operation and maintenance management platform by using the BIM-based parametric model.Through the information of the parametric model,the definition and content of the operation and maintenance management of the facility are combined,and the integration of the parametric model and the operation and maintenance management platform is studied.Based on the data standard and information transmission path of the parameterized operation and maintenance management platform,the basic framework of the parameterized operation and maintenance management platform is constructed.The functional modules of the operation and maintenance management platform are divided according to the participants,and the parameterized operation and maintenance management business process is planned.(4)Through the construction of the facility operation and maintenance management platform of a domestic company,the function of the parameterized operation and maintenance management platform is analyzed,and the role of the parameterized facility operation and maintenance management platform in solving the operation and maintenance management problem of the facility is proved.The operation and maintenance management platform based on the parametric model can effectively solve the problem of information collection,access and update in the traditional operation and maintenance management.
