With modern bridge construction technology development, prestressed concretegirder bridge, steel tube arch bridge, cable-stayed bridge, suspension bridge, and as arepresentative of long span bridge construction more and more.Because lifting and transportation equipment requirements low,Without theprecast yard, beam forming whole for an advantage, the cantilever pouring method isone of the most common construction method for long-span prestressed concretecontinuous bridge and continuous frame bridge at home and abroad. For it has simplestructure, clear force, stiffness, low distortion, simple processing, easy installation,diamond hanging basket is widely used in bridge engineering construction.Combining with the Guangzhou Panyu District Huanglan bridge’s engineeringcharacteristics, Conventional diamond hanging basket system in some details of thebridge construction, this article has conducted the diamond hanging basket improveddesign and construction technology research. Improved contents include: Beam andboom tile type articulated technology, Hanging basket pressed against the slide anchorassembly technology, back pressure base clearance pin technology, the chamber toptemplate and the inner template double hinged connection and overall detachmenttechnology.Diamond hanging basket design improvement and construction technologycombined with the situation of construction site, Optimized the diamond hanging basketdetail design and construction technology of template installation, shorten constructionperiod, ensured the construction quality and safety, saved construction investment,provide beneficial reference to diamond hanging basket design and similar constructionin the future.
