| The China railway electrification bureau has attached great importance to the assessment of senior management since its establishment in 1958.After 60 years of development,it has basically formed a performance evaluation system of senior management in line with its own characteristics.However,with the development of The Times,the pace of enterprise reform and innovation is accelerating,and the demand for senior management talents is also showing a trend of diversification.How to do a good job in performance evaluation in the new historical period has become a common issue faced by enterprises.This paper takes the performance evaluation of senior management talents in China railway electrification bureau as the research object.Firstly,it elaborates relevant concepts,such as senior management,performance,performance evaluation,etc.,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper through the elaboration of basic concepts.Secondly,this paper analyzes the status quo of performance evaluation of senior management personnel in China railway electrification bureau,and sorts out the current performance evaluation system of the bureau from the aspects of the object,index,evaluation and procedure of performance evaluation,which shows the status quo of performance evaluation of senior management personnel in China railway electrification bureau intuitively.Through the analysis of the performance evaluation system of the senior management personnel of the bureau,some problems and deficiencies were found,such as the deviation of performance evaluation knowledge,unreasonable setting of performance evaluation indicators,lack of incentive factors in performance evaluation,and poor communication of performance evaluation.Based on the analysis of the problems and the actual situation of China railway electrification bureau,this paper puts forward a targeted plan to build a performance evaluation system for senior managers.Specifically,it mainly includes two aspects,namely,the construction principle of performance evaluation system and the design of performance evaluation model.Through the performance evaluation model design for the China railway electrification bureau in the senior management of performance assessment on the reference and promote the realization of enterprise strategy for the bureau. |
