Study On Performance Evaluation Of CRE's Enterprise Safety Management

Along with China Railway Express CO., Ltd' (CRE) business growth, the safety management has became an important question to CRE's manager. To resolve this problem, the headquarters try to lead the subsidiary businesses of CRE to improve their own safety management, through the rewards and punishments after performance evaluation of the subsidiary businesses' safety management. So how to make an objective and comprehensive evaluation in an convenient, way is the heart of the matter. The thesis tries to study the Performance Evaluation of CRE'S Enterprise Safety Management, and make the method of evaluation easier to be used in the entrepreneurial operation.Based on the summary of the existing research of the business management performance, the analysis of the analysis of the safety management system in CRE and the role of to respect the investor, a evaluation index system of the enterprise performance evaluation of CRE's safety management has been built in this paper; using the method of the combination of quantitative and qualitative to determine the criteria; using the AHP method to get the weights of the indexes; the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model has been used in the enterprise performance evaluation of CRE's safety management. What's more, to build an convenient channel to get the required information, "the CRE's Safety Management Information Systems" has been designed and development. In the finally of this paper, the subsidiary business A's enterprise performance of safety management has been evaluated by the CRE's safety management information systems.
