In recent years,significant progress has been made in the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure and energy structure,the development of clean energy has become a global action,and China’s wind power technology and wind power industry have developed rapidly.During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,the State Grid Corporation of China will invest an average of more than 70 billion US dollars a year to promote the transformation of the power grid to clean and low-carbon energy,and help achieve the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".Wind power is one of the main paths for my country to achieve "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",and wind power operation and maintenance talents are an important talent support.However,the structural shortage of technical and skilled talents is currently prominent.There is a large gap in the talent market for technical and skilled talents.How to solve the bottleneck problem of the shortage of wind power operation and maintenance talents,improve the quality of such personnel training,fully release the talent dividend,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the new energy industry has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,the core problem of this research is to explore the professional ability training of wind power operation and maintenance talents in higher vocational colleges based on the background and premise of the development of new energy industry and the structural shortage of wind power operation and maintenance talents.The author focuses on the main research questions and focuses on three sub-questions:(1)What is the current situation of wind power operation and maintenance talent demand and training?(2)How to build the professional ability development model of wind power operation and maintenance talents in higher vocational colleges?(3)What is the distribution of vocational ability levels of wind power operation and maintenance talents in higher vocational colleges? What are the factors that affect the cultivation of vocational ability of students in higher vocational colleges?Focusing on the above problems,combined with the research design,the research methods used in this study are literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.By sorting out relevant information at home and abroad,the author compares and analyzes the development trend of energy transition in different countries and the development of wind power technology and wind power industry,so as to grasp the current development trend of the international wind power industry and the demand for talents.The professional setting of wind power professional personnel training in vocational colleges and the satisfaction of the needs of the training target industry are analyzed,and it is found that technical and skilled talents who are competent for wind power operation and maintenance work are in short supply,and it is difficult for wind power enterprises to recruit suitable talents.The problems of wind power operation and maintenance personnel training mainly focus on the scale and structure quality of personnel training.On the basis of analyzing the job tasks of wind power operation and maintenance talents,the ability elements are determined through expert consultation and questionnaire survey,and their professional ability structure is built,which includes a total of 36 ability elements.Among them,functional capability includes 19 capability elements,process capability includes 8 capability elements,and expandable capability includes 9 capability elements.Based on the KOMET vocational competency model,a vocational competency development model for wind power operation and maintenance talents in higher vocational colleges is constructed,including three competency levels,four learning contents,five career stages,and six action processes.The key elements of the vocational ability development model are composed of professional emotion,professional knowledge and professional skills,which are organically unified and inseparable.In general,wind power operation and maintenance talents take professional emotion as the core,professional knowledge and professional skills as the wings,and finally realize the transformation from novice to expert under the combined effect of the dual process of learning process and work process.Using the professional ability assessment test paper to evaluate the current situation of the vocational ability level distribution of wind power operation and maintenance talents in vocational colleges,it is found that the current professional ability level distribution of wind power operation and maintenance talents conforms to the logical law of career growth,which further verifies the scientificity of its professional ability development model.This paper explores the factors affecting the vocational ability training of students in higher vocational colleges,including 11 influencing factors such as grade,internship time,practical activities,and job identity,and then puts forward the training strategies for the vocational ability of wind power operation and maintenance talents in higher vocational colleges.Five main strategies are proposed:(1)Establish the basic concept of vocational ability training of wind power operation and maintenance talents in higher vocational colleges;(2)Clarify the value orientation of vocational ability training of wind power operation and maintenance talents in higher vocational colleges;The macro policy of vocational ability training of wind power operation and maintenance talents in vocational colleges;(4)Broaden the practical path of vocational ability training of wind power operation and maintenance talents in higher vocational colleges;(5)Establish a guarantee mechanism for vocational ability training of wind power operation and maintenance talents in higher vocational colleges.
