| With the emergence and continuous development of BIM technology,it has also been widely used in project management.With the introduction of BIM technology into project schedule management,progress management efficiency and management level can be effectively promoted.BIM technology has been widely used in various stages of engineering projects,but many studies and applications are not mature enough in construction stage.At present our country based on the research on schedule management of BIM technology is relatively small and relatively narrow scope of the study;at the same time,the progress of the project management has been applied in the BIM technology limitations,the application value of BIM technology cannot be brought into full play.Therefore,the research on the application of BIM technology in schedule management from a new point of view has certain theoretical value and practical significance for application practice.In this paper,through extensive collection and collection of large amounts of data,combined with existing statistical methods,BIM model is introduced into schedule management to solve the existing problems in schedule management.First of all,for the four-dimensional building information model,is the building of the core technology of schedule management of BIM implementation;secondly,the traditional software tools of BIM to construct the schedule management application system based on the framework,to further explore the application of BIM technology in the schedule management process;thirdly,combined with the above analysis,to solve the contrast BIM technology is introduced between before and after the progress of the project management and the existing problems.Finally,it summarizes the current BIM technology in the progress of the management of the application of obstacles,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for BIM technology in the application of project schedule management provides a reference. |
