The Study Of Regional Energy Supply Allocation Based On GLPK Method

Global warming and other series of resources and environmental problem make energy-saving and environmental protection become one big topic among the urban development construction.With the rapid development of science and technology,cold and heat demand of urban life is also constantly increasing.The traditional energy supply system already could not satisfy with the demand of resources and environment.Therefore,how to choose the higher efficient and more economic allocation among the energy supply is the key to research.This essay chose city area as the research object,using GLPK(GUN Linear Programming Kit)for constructing model to study the problem of regional energy supply,and import different policy and market mechanism under the background of green low carbon to do further research.First of all,clarify the core significance of urban ecological construction,and sort out the policy and market factors of influencing regional energy mechanism.On this basis,choose certain regional ecological city in Wuhan as the research object,use GLPK to build up energy model of its region,aim at current energy condition of this region to establish objective function with solving the economical optimality as its goal,as well as the constraint equation under the demand of resource and environment.After that,in accordance with the characteristics of model framework and research objective to corresponding parameter settings,the result of model solving is obtained and analyzed.At last,the policy market factors of carbon emission trading and use of power trading are imported,the model solving result under the different policy situation is analyzed,the recommendations for energy supplying allocation of ecopolis are provided and at the same time,supply configuration in different regions is compared and analyzed.The research result of this essay provides some instructive recommendations for supply allocation of ecopolis,namely,ecopolis construction from different regions is needed to choose energy supply allocation properly,we should actively respond the government policy in the region construction,and promote carbon emission mechanism,use of power trading to build urban ecological energy brand.
