Aresearch On Energy Efficiency Trading Method Of Office Building

Global warming which caused by the increased emission of greenhouse gases, especially carbon dioxide, has brought great negative effects to the global ecological environment and human living environment. In this case, an emission reduction mechanism based on market——Clean Development Mechanism emerged as the times require. In recent years, the clean development mechanism in China is developing rapidly, and achieved good results. But the Clean Development Mechanism is facing the uncertainty of the international political situation on climate change, besides, its projects quantity in building field is very small, and the emissions reduction of carbon dioxide were small, so the energy saving and emission reduction in construction industry can't be promoted effectively.In order to promote the energy saving and emission reduction in building field, using the basic model of Clean Development Mechanism for reference, considering energy consumption characteristics of the construction industry, this paper proposed building energy efficiency trading mechanism. And this paper studied the energy efficiency trading method of office building, including baseline setting, determination and evaluation method of emission reduction. In the baseline setting process, approach for the setting of baseline was defined clearly, and the energy consumption situation in 2010 of office building in Tianjin the circumstance was investigated and surveyed. And a typical building was chosen to take energy consumption simulation, using EnergyPlus and DesignBuilder softer ware. The simulation results agreed well with the survey findings, which proved the accuracy and reliability of survey data. On this basis, taking the investigation data as samples, three scenarios of baseline were presented, then the benchmark of energy efficiency and baseline emissions for office building energy efficiency trading in Tianjin were suggested after analyzing these three schemes, with the project boundary identified, and the leakage described. At the same time, the baseline variation due to climate factors was adjusted. Based on the research of the several existed method for assessment of emission reduction effect, the method for emission reduction of this project was determined to take the bill analysis method as main method, supplemented by field measurements and standardized simulation method. With this method, carbon dioxide emissions in 2010 available for trading of all the sample buildings were calculated. This paper also established the basic framework for building energy efficiency and emission reductions certification, and proposed the evaluation method for energy efficiency, besides, organizations involved in building energy efficiency trading and the trading process were discussed. In the last, the building energy efficiency trading mechanism was introduced into energy performance contracting mechanism which existed in the current building energy saving modification, and the energy performance contracting mechanism based on building energy efficiency trading mechanism was presented. Then assessment on effect of energy saving and emission reduction was studied, and the whole building analysis method was proposed to evaluate and calculate the emission reduction.
