Self-lubricating spherical plain bearings is a key component widely used in aerospace aircraft active link.The plain bearing roller rivet fixing process is the key process of bearing fixing.The quality of the plain bearing after rolling rivet fixing is the key factor to ensure the service performance of the plain bearing.To this end,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the fixed quality of the plain bearing rolling rivet,and evaluates the quality of the rolling rivet fixed;and the unloaded starting torque after the rolling rivet fixing does not meet the standard plain bearing,the no-load starting torque adjustment process research;then the axial thrust force of the plain bearing is fixed,and the axial push force analysis model is established;based on the above research,a plain bearing unloading starting torque adjustment and launching force detecting device is developed.Its main work is as follows:Firstly,the ABAQUS simulation software is used to numerically simulate the AS8942-9 narrow-type plain bearing in the constant pressure mode.The equivalent stress distribution of the outer ring and the inner ring,the degree of fitting of the mounting groove and the seat chamfer and the bearing are analyzed.The inner surface offset of the outer ring;the quality of the plain bearing after the constant pressure is evaluated according to the simulation result;the unloading starting torque after the fixed bearing under the constant pressure is not satisfied with the use standard,and the rolling rivet is fixed.The rear plain bearing is adjusted for the no-load starting torque.The orthogonal analysis method is used to analyze the influence of the adjustment pressure and the adjustment time on the unloading starting torque of the plain bearing after rolling and riveting,and the most suitable adjustment parameter value is obtained.Secondly,because the axial pushing force of the plain bearing is one of the important indexes to evaluate the fixed quality of the plain bearing roller rivet,the formation mechanism of the axial pushing force of the fixed plain bearing is analyzed,and the axial pushing force of the plain is analyzed.The factor is used to establish an analytical model of the axial thrust force of the plain bearing.Finally,according to the research results of the unloaded starting torque adjustment process and the axial pushing force after the plain bearing rolling rivet fixing,a plain bearing unloading starting torque adjustment and pushing force detecting equipment was developed.The completed work mainly includes no-load starting torque adjustment.Designed with an axially integrated overall solution,axial feed system,detection system,and control system.
