Residual current operated circuit breaker is a kind of protective device used in low-voltage distribution system to ensure the safety of the electricity personnel's life and property.The stability of its work directly affects the safety and stability of the whole system.The electronic residual current operated circuit breaker has been widely used in China because of its simple process and low cost.What's more,its market occupancy rate is 90%.However,its operating characteristics are easily affected by ambient temperature and ambient humidity,which may result in the loss of leakage protection function.What's more,it may affect the normal operation of the system,and make the system exist security risks.Therefore,the research on operating characteristics of electronic residual current operated circuit breaker under the influence of temperature and humidity is particularly important.In this paper,two types of electronic residual current operated circuit breaker named the discrete and integrated were used as the research object.Through designed the environmental test,the operating characteristics of the residual current operated circuit breaker under the effect of temperature and humidity were studied.Firstly,in order to meet the requirements of the detection of the residual current operated circuit breaker operating characteristics,a detector was designed,which realizes the continuous,real-time,efficient and accurate measurement of the operating characteristics of the leakage circuit breaker.Secondly,the temperature environment test was conducted to detect the operating characteristic data changes of electronic residual current circuit breaker at different temperatures or periodic temperatures,and the data of the experiment were handled by data fusion technology.The relationship between the temperature and the operating characteristics of the electronic residual current operated circuit breaker is summarized by analyzing the results of the data processing,and according to the composition and working principle of the electronic residual current operated circuit breaker,the reasons for the change of its operating characteristics caused by the temperature are analyzed,and put forward some suggestions for improvement.Finally,the temperature and humidity environment test was conducted to detect the operating characteristic data changes of electronic residual current circuit breaker at high humidity and different temperatures or a long time alternation environment of temperature and humidity.The data of the experiment were also analyzed by data fusion technology.The relationship between the temperature and humidity and the operating characteristics of the electronic residual current operated circuit breaker is summarized by analyzing the results of the data processing.Similarly,according to the composition and working principle of the electronic residual current operated circuit breaker,the reasons for the change of its operating characteristics caused by the temperature and humidity are also analyzed,put forward some suggestions for improvement too.
