Transportation is the most important part of the logistics activity,its cost is the highest proportion in the whole logistics cost,and transportation is reasonable or not directly affects the transportation cost.The literature shows that the cost of transportation accounts for 35% to 50% of the total logistics cost,and accounting for 4% to 10% of the product price.Therefore,it can be seen that the transportation managed properly,which can save cost and enhance product competitiveness.On the other hand,BW company is a large multinational car parts manufacturer,and the raw materials of the products are mainly need import purchasing.With the continuous development of business,the raw materials international logistics costs increase gradually.According to data from 2014 BW company,raw materials international logistics costs accounted for 0.85% of sales price in 2016,and the proportion reached 1.35%.Based on this situation,BW company is committed to improve the status.In this context,the author takes BW company as an example to carry out the decision study on the transportation of imported raw materials by shippers.Based on industry background and development characteristic,firstly,this paper introduced the BW company imported raw materials procurement and the present condition of the transport business,including the classification of raw materials,the characteristics of the suppliers,as well as transportation decision-making processes and so on.And to find the root of three big problems in the raw materials import transportation process: high transport costs,long transportation time,high transportation risk.And try to use the rational selection of the mode of transportation to improve these problems.Secondly,after analyzing the mechanism of choice behavior of transportation,this paper decides to adopt multi-attribute decision model to solve the problem of transportation mode decision of BW company.Then,based on the content analysis method with BW company actual situation,through the questionnaire investigation eventually determine the cost of transportation,transportation time,transportation risk and transportation convenience,punctuality these five attributes as BW company imported raw materials transportation mode choice of attribute sets,and build the imported raw materials choice of multiple attribute decision making model on the mode of transportation.On each attribute weights are determined,the first through the emergency degree classification of raw materials,through the expert evaluation method to determine the initial weight,then use the entropy weight method to determine the dimension after the final weight,and according to the characteristics of the model and the properties between the "partial compensatory,using ELECTRE-I method to solve the model,and through the MATLAB for rapid calculation of the method.At the end of the model,sensitivity analysis is made on the transport time attribute and the transport cost attribute.Finally,the article takes France to Tianjin as the example of raw material import transportation,and demonstrates the operability and practical significance of the model.
