Quantitative Study On Influencing Factors Of External Space Compactness In Existing Residential Area

China's cities show disorderly sprawl growth.The excessive consumption of energy has caused the low efficiency of urban operation,which restricts the compact development of the city.The external space environment of the existing residential area can not meet the needs of the residents for the high quality of life.At present,many cities in China are facing extensive problems such as extensive expansion of construction land and insufficient construction land.Therefore,potential exploitation and redevelopment of stock construction land become an inevitable choice for urban sustainable development.On the one hand,both the stock of residential area,with the development of the times,highlighting the problems of living space quality and traffic rate is not high,low use efficiency;on the other hand,a large population and rapid urbanization makes some big city population,the surge of resources and energy demand,construction is deficient land and resources makes the city faces great opportunities and challenges.Seeking a compact,efficient and green sustainable development model has become an effective way for the sustainable development of the city.The concept and connotation of spatial efficiency and spatial quality level of anatomy space are analyzed.The influencing factors of the external space compactness of existing residential area are explored according to the external space characteristics of residential area.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to set up the collection of influence factors of the outer space compactness of the residential area,and to determine the influence factors of the outer space compact degree of the existing residential area.The residential area with typical representative in Tianjin is selected as the research object,and the research is carried out to obtain quantitative data of the influencing factors.Through analogy and data research,it verifies the accuracy of the factors affecting the external space compactness of existing residential areas,and provides related guidance strategies and measures for the renewal of existing residential areas.
