Construction informatization and industrialization are the development direction of construction industry.BIM,as one of the widely used technologies in the process of construction informatization,has been widely accepted by the construction industry in recent years.However,in the application process,especially in the application of mechanical and electrical equipment systems represented by HVAC systems,there are still two problems.Firstly,the design method based on BIM still is the continuation of traditional design method and has not been changed greatly.Thus the efficiency of design based on BIM is low,and the normal design is difficult.Secondly,although the emergence of BIM technology has opened up the information fault of design and construction to a certain extent,there is still a lack of an efficient and universal component development standard and method to meet the needs of industrial processing and assembly construction of mechanical and electrical equipment system,which has affected the industrialization development of mechanical and electrical equipment system.Aiming at the above problems,this paper will study the standardized design method and corresponding technology development with HVAC system as the core.The specific research work is as follows.First of all,the idea of standardization is introduced into HVAC system design process.The definition of standardization module and the principle of division of standardization module are put forward.The basis of division of standardization module of HVAC water system and air system is put forward.The common standardization module of water system and air system is given,which lays a foundation for the realization of standardization module based on BIM design platform.Then,based on the requirement of building informationization and the development of standardization and modularization of mechanical and electrical equipment system,the standardization module is realized on BIM design platform,the concept of project family cluster of HVAC is put forward,the standard and method of building project family cluster are put forward,the parameter information model of project family cluster oriented to design and construction is given.The realization of standardization and modularization of HVAC system based on BIM lay the foundation for the new design method.Thirdly,the cloud management platform of HVAC project family cluster is developed to meet the storage,management and user needs of project family cluster.The cloud management platform includes three subsystems: Web platform system,plug-in and background management system,which undertake storage,use and management functions respectively.Finally,based on the above work,the HVAC integrated design method based on project family cluster and the efficiency evaluation method of the integrated design method based on project family cluster are put forward and applied to practical cases.The integrated design method based on project family cluster realizes the transformation of the existing design method under BIM platform and improves the work efficiency.The integrated design method for assembly-oriented construction can meet the requirements of industrial processing and assembly-oriented construction of mechanical and electrical equipment system.The standard and method of building project family cluster have certain universality and can be applied to factory processing and assembly-oriented construction.
