In the context of informatization in the construction industry,BIM technology has taken advantage and received great attention and development.However,the BIM design efficiency of the HVAC field is currently low,which does not meet the current status of the industry's informatization development.The BIM technology has not been applied in the positive design stage.The BIM design of HVAC lacks standardized and intelligent design methods and systems.Based on the research basis,this article will be based on the use of standardized,modular,intelligent development and design ideas,with the goal of improving the BIM design efficiency of HVAC,aiming at the terminal BIM design of the air conditioning system,research and develop engineering family cluster and the intelligent design method of air-conditioning system in BIM environment.The specific research work is as follows:First,research the basic unit of building space and air conditioning system in BIM environment.Based on the design ideas of modularization and standardization,defined the basic units of building space and the terminal family cluster of air conditioning system.According to the function of the building space and its regional division characteristics,extracted the division method of the basic units of building space.According to the terminal structure of the air conditioning system and its service function characteristics,extracted the division method of the terminal family cluster of air conditioning system.Proposed the idea of designing the air-conditioning design of engineering family cluster in BIM environment.Second,exploit the terminal engineering family cluster of air-conditioning system.Target and use the characteristics and functions of the Revit design platform,on the basis of realizing the division of the terminal family cluster of the air-conditioning system,came up with the development requirements of the terminal family cluster of the air-conditioning system,summarized and developed the exploitation methods of the terminal family cluster of the airconditioning system,and completed the development of the terminal family cluster of the allair air-conditioning system,the fresh air and FCU system and the radiation system.Third,aiming at the problem of automatic calculation of air distribution in air-conditioned rooms under the Revit design platform,solved the automatic selection design calculation of different types of air distribution,and developed automatic design calculation programs for different types of air outlets,and developed based on Revit.In the case of meeting the basic design requirements,combined with experts' engineering design experience,the optimization method of the design scheme was proposed,and automatic selection design programs for diffusers,nozzles and side air outlets was developed,which realized automatic calculation after input the basic design parameters and get the optimized design plan that meets the design requirements.Then,aiming at the problem of automatic selection and design calculation of equipment such as Air Handler Units(AHU),Make-up Air Units(MAU)and Fan-Coil Units(FCU)on the Revit design platform,various types of automatic selection and design calculation programs have been developed,which can obtain the specific model and size of the device(including each functional section)according to the design parameters,and realize the function development that can automatically obtain the specific model according to the design parameters.Finally,based on the above research and development work and the existing Revit design platform,the BIM intelligent design method of the air-conditioning system is proposed,the design effect is evaluated from the aspects of calculation accuracy and design time efficiency.The BIM intelligent design method of the air-conditioning system has changed the traditional air-conditioning system design process,and realized the informatization,intelligence,parameterization and visualization of the entire process of the air-conditioning system BIM design.Compared with the calculation results of the traditional design method,the calculation error of each stage of the method is within 2%,while saving 53% of the BIM engineering design time,improving the design efficiency,which is of great significance for the BIM forward design of the air conditioning system.
